Definitely make a reservation. This place is super busy, but it is worth every dollar. They have everything you can imagine and more for an Italian buffet. This is my second time visiting here and I loved it. Our server was absolutely amazing. I can't remember her name. But she showed us pictures of her daughter. Getting ready to go to prom, and it was just a sweet soul. We didn't have to wait Our reservation was on time. And this place is always just a fun time. We will for sure. Be back.

We had a great get together with friends that we haven't seen in forever. We decided on Cinzzetti's as they have lots of options. They have 14 action stations at this all you can eat buffet. Salads, pizza, pasta, proteins, dessert, gelato were some of the areas. Some of my faves included honey chicken, mushroom pizza, beet salad, breadsticks (yum, but make sure not to get the burnt ones). We got caught up talking and I didn't get to try the gelato :( Not so faves included cacciatore chicken's flavor was off,, eggplant parmesean was a bit dry, canolli had a weird taste. All in all the food was hit or miss. Drink menu included alcohol and sodas. Service was good. The price is pretty good for decent Italian food. What I did like was that they hand prepared all items at each station. I loved watching them make the pizza! Parking was super easy in the big shared lot. Recommended!

Cinzzetti's at 281 W 104th Ave, Northglenn, CO 80234 is a large Italian buffet that's interior is like an Italian square with different stations, artificial trees, and a dark tile floor. The ceiling is also dark to give the illusion of your eating outside. It has a very large capacity (641 guests) and when my group arrived, it was at capacity. You should have a reservation before coming here. Each food station was making everything fresh. (I attached a description of how the buffet operates.) You can watch pizza being made at that station, or lasagna at another, fresh pastas, soups, and the list goes on and on! Each station had 2 chefs making the food. I want to emphasize how clean everything was. There were employees walking around who were constantly cleaning everywhere and each station was kept clean by the chefs. I really liked how all the food at the buffet was made in small batches so everything was hot and fresh. The dessert bar was incredible. If you want gelato, tiramisu, or even a cannoli, it was available! If you want more information, just check out the other 5 Star reviews from others. EVERYTHING I ate (and there was a lot) was OUTSTANDING! Our server was so nice and polite! She made sure our drinks were filled and removed all empty plates. All employees I met were customer focused and really cared about our experience! All employees had a clean professional appearance and wore restaurant uniforms. Eating at this Italian buffet is an experience! Of course, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cinzzetti's in Colorado.

This is my first time in this establishment so I had no idea what to expect. As soon as you walk in it's glorious just like an Italian village. It's an Italian buffet so There are stations for each type of food and there are a lot of food there. The service was great as well. Stopping by the table clearing our plates. I highly advise to make reservations as this is a busy place and could be a 90 minute wait. They also give military discounts.
